Partner Prof. Dr. Moritz Kuhn was General Counsel and Head of the legal and tax division of Switzerland’s largest life insurance company for many years. His many publications made him a well-known expert in the field of Swiss liability and health law. Professor Kuhn is the editor of the reference book „Medical law in practice“. He works part-time as a professor of private and insurance law at the University of Zurich and holds part-time office as President of the Zurich Court of Appeal.
Partner Dr. Balz Hösly held diverse senior executive management positions within a big international Swiss insurance group in Switzerland and abroad, and he is the legal advisor of a large clinic. He has issued publications as the topic of „Medical practitioner and politics“, and dealt with questions regarding public health care during his former political activity.
Partner Dr. Martin Eckert has extensive experience in handling the legal aspects of medical technology and was the leading attorney in the sales transaction of a private hospital.
