MME Partners assist their clients in all matters relating to white-collar crime, with special focus on compliance in the area of money-laundering abatement, the fight against corruption as well as in judicial assistance procedures. Our services also include advice in the implementation of due diligence in corporations. MME Partners regularly carry out education programmes in the area of money-laundering and corruption abatement for their clients’ experts, management and employees. For this sake, MME Partners have a state-of-the art teaching infrastructure (video training etc.). MME Partners are regularly consulted for internal audits.
Our Compliance team has extensive experience as advisors in national and international cases of white-collar crime. Specific technical instruments to analyse business relationships are, among other tools, at our clients’ disposal.
MME Partners advise and assist their clients for specific clarifications and pre-examinations as regards due diligence in complex transactions (examination, documentation and announcement). At the same time, the requirements for internal and external communication are also taken into account.

Dr. Luka Müller-Studer, LL.M. has experience as an inquisitor and has been a member of diverse expert committees in the area of money-laundering abatement. He is co-founder and assignee of several self-regulating organisations. Together with a spin-off of the Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETH), he developed KYC Spider, which delivers up-to-date, compliance-relevant data on individuals and business connections.
